Lauren Fast, President

Leo retired after teaching and coaching in Lincoln County Schools for 30 years. Currently, he serves as a mentor for first and second-year teachers in the R-III district. He has been married to his wife Renee for 31 years, and they are proud parents of 3 TBHS graduates.

Pam McNicolas, Board Member

After graduating with a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Accounting, Lisa started her career as a Certified Public Accountant at Deloitte & Touche.  She has spent almost 30 years in various leadership roles with Domino's Pizza in finance, accounting, project management and supply chain operations. She lives in Troy with her husband, Gary, and their daughter, Alissa, who is an R-III student.  Gary and their older daughter, Hannah, are alumni of Troy Buchanan High School. Lisa has a passion for making a difference and being involved in our community.

Jim Burlison, an attorney with McIlroy and Millan in Troy and Bowling Green, lives in Troy with his wife Jan, a teacher retired from the Fort Zumwalt School District.  Jim and Jan came to Troy 28 years ago, and their children Jamie Burlison and Jessica Burlison both attended Troy R-III schools and graduated from Troy Buchanan High School.  Mr. Burlison is a strong believer in public schools and promoting community involvement and action.

Vicki Hubbard has been employed at Peoples Bank & Trust Co. for over 31 years.  She and her husband Bruce are both lifelong residents of Lincoln County and both graduates of Buchanan High School.  Vicki became active with school activities when her children were in school and have continued to volunteer her time.  Vicki and Bruce have 2 grown children that are alumni of TBHS.

Lydia Irby is the Human Resources Manager at Toyota Bodine. She has worked with students for many years and is passionate about the opportunities a good education can provide.

 2018-19 Board Members

Pam McNicholas is a graduate of Troy Buchanan High School.  Pam retired from AT&T after 30 years of working in Information Technology.  She has served as a board member on multiple charitable organizations which focused on children's and veteran's causes.  She and her husband, Dan, live in Troy with their two nephews who attend TBHS.

Cinda Bonds, Secretary & Programs Committee Co-Chair

Jamie Hubert is the Park Naturalist at Cuivre River State Park.  Jamie has been an educator with Missouri State Parks since 1998 and is a passionate believer in providing opportunities for experiences that inspire children to become lifelong learners.  Jamie has experience in event planning and has been a long-time board member for a non-profit organization that supports other natural and cultural educators.  Jamie's son is a student at Troy Middle School.

Ms. Lauren Fast is the Co-Founder and owner of Fast Bryant Consulting and the Lead for the Soloprenuer Human Capital Solutions Divison of Atomic Revenue. A lifelong resident of Troy, Missouri, Lauren is a 1997 graduate of Troy Buchanan High School. She has two sons currently enrolled in R-III; a senior and a sophomore.

Cinda Bonds is a stay-at-home mom, and a part-time Environmental Biologist for Lochmueller Group (civil engineers) specializing in GIS, remote sensing, and data analysis. Cinda received two degrees from Texas A&M University – a B.S. in Wildlife and Fisheries Science, and an M.S. in Forestry.  Cinda and Kendall Bonds moved to Troy from Lubbock, Texas in 2014. They have three daughters who are students in R-III, in fifth (Boone Elem), seventh (TMS), and tenth grades (TBHS).  One daughter is an R-III alumni, attending Iowa State University.
