Vicki Hubbard has been employed at Peoples Bank & Trust Co. for over 31 years. She and her husband Bruce are both lifelong residents of Lincoln County and both graduates of Buchanan High School. Vicki became active with school activities when her children were in school and has continued to volunteer her time. Vicki and Bruce have 2 grown children that are alumni of TBHS.
Jim Burlison, an attorney with McIlroy and Millan in Troy and Bowling Green, lives in Troy with his wife Jan, a teacher retired from the Fort Zumwalt School District. Jim and Jan came to Troy 26 years ago, and their children Jamie Burlison and Jessica Burlison both attended Troy R-III schools and graduated from Troy Buchanan High School. Mr. Burlison is a strong believer in public schools, and promoting community involvement and action.
Event Committee Chairperson
Karen Bryner is a full time volunteer with My Own Boss Consulting Agency. Her corporate career includes sales, sales management and marketing roles. In addition, she has extensive experience in event management that includes professional golf tournament management, BCI’s former Event Planner including Wing Ding, served on the MEAAA Foundation Board, and held various volunteer committee chair roles spanning 30+ PGA tournaments. She and her husband Jim reside in Lake Saint Louis.
Jamie Hubert is the Park Naturalist at Cuivre River State Park. Jamie has been an educator with Missouri State Parks since 1998 and is a passionate believer in providing opportunities for experiences that inspire children to become lifelong learners. Jamie has experience in event planning and has been a long-time board member for a non-profit organization that supports other natural and cultural educators. Jamie's son is a student at Cuivre Park Elementary.
David Haake is the Performance Measurement and Compliance Coordinator for the Knoxville Leadership Foundation, in Knoxville, TN. He graduated from Johnson University with a Bachelor's degree in Management of Nonprofit Organizations and is currently pursuing his Masters in Business Administration at Lindenwood University. David is a 2013 alumnus of Troy Buchanan High School and is grateful for the opportunity to continue to serve the R-III School District.

Mrs. Lauren Fast is the Vice President of Color Me Beautiful Cosmetics and the Director of Social Media & Travel Vlog Host for Vacation Consulting Services. Lifelong resident of Troy, Missouri, Lauren is a 1997 graduate of Troy Buchanan High School. She and her husband Travis, an Assistant Principal at Parkway Central High School, have four sons, one alumnus of Lincoln County R-III School District and three currently enrolled in R-III; a Senior, a Sophmore, and one in Middle School.
Shirley is retired from Culver-Stockton College as Director of Alumni Relations. Her professional experience, as well as her volunteer work, afford her an understanding of responsibilities and opportunities as a foundation board member. She and her husband, Pete, are relatively new Troy residents. Her daughter is an employee of the district. One grandson is a recent TBHS graduate, and her youngest grandson is still a student in the district. She is honored to serve the children of her community.
Leo, retired after teaching and coaching in Lincoln County Schools for 30 years. Currently he serves as a mentor for first and second year teachers in the R-III district. He has been married to his wife Renee for 31 years, and they are proud parents of 3 TBHS graduates.
Mr. Jon Schroeter is a Technical Professional with The Boeing Company. Throughout his career and personal life, he has a demonstrated commitment to public education, advocating academic and technical vocational opportunities as well as active community involvement. He and his wife Susan, a Certified Court Reporter, have three sons, alumnus of Lincoln County R-III School District and have continued their post-secondary education. Jon and Susan hold leadership positions in Masonic Benevolent organizations share a love of classical music and enjoy their hobbies of cooking, pomology, model trains and gardening.
Cinda Bonds is a stay-at-home mom, and a part-time Environmental Biologist for Lochmueller Group (civil engineers) specializing in GIS, remote sensing, and data analysis. Cinda received two degrees from Texas A&M University – a B.S. in Wildlife and Fisheries Science, and an M.S. in Forestry. Cinda and Kendall Bonds moved to Troy from Lubbock, Texas in 2014. They have four daughters who are students in R-III, in second, fifth, (Boone Elem) eighth (TMS), and eleventh grades (TBHS). The girls are involved in tennis, volleyball, flight, robotics, Technology Student Association, Mathletes, Honor Society, band, art, theater, and choir.
